Hey Hey Mimiru! Wow, well, I can tell you how I did it but it's reasonably different...

I did make the background a while ago when Minitokyo was running on the old version - which meant that there was a forum thread about how to make backgrounds including photoshop applications and slices which meant you could make the background and know where all the boxes were going to be.

I'm sure that for the new MT3, there is another thread on the forums which indicates how to change your background I'm sure that when I do change (and if I change it) to update it to this version of MT, then I will be able to help you out more then!
